Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at FitWin Thailand (FitExpo Co., Ltd.). This Shipping Policy explains how your order is delivered.

Where we ship. We ship to addresses within Thailand.

Carrier. Orders are delivered by Flash Express.

Delivery time. 2-4 business days after dispatch. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping rate. 60 THB flat rate. Orders over 3,000 THB are shipped free of charge.

Tracking. You receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delays. During high-volume periods shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
