RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 30 g (1 scoop) of powder in 200 ml of cold water. Adjust the amount of water to achieve desired flavour. On training days, drink one serving in the morning (or at bedtime), one hour before and after workout. On rest days drink 2-3 times a day: between main meals and at bedtime.
